Baxter State Park

The texture for these images was created from a LANDSAT TM scene. Bands 3, 2, and 1 (natural red, green, and blue) were combined, with heavy modifications to correct for sensing errors, to create a near-natural-color image. Heightfield is based on composited 1:250k Digital Elevation Models. Baxter State Park is indicated on these images by a dashed blue line, while the Appalachian Trail, in its last stretch, is shown as a dashed white line.
