Videos Page
Throughout the last few years, I have put all of my Billings-area housing research together into a series of informative (and hopefully entertaining) videos. You can view them on this page.
First up is my latest video, from September 2008. If you're looking for the first time, start here. (running time: 30 minutes)
Click on the Play button to start. You can also go to full screen by clicking on the icon. Technical note: This video is high quality and its file size is fairly large. Your internet connection may have a hard time keeping up. If you get pausing while trying to view the video, pause it and wait a few minutes for more of the video to load. Then you can play it uninterrupted.
My older videos have lower production quality, but they do provide an interesting look at housing in the middle of the boom. Here's my first video, from September 2006 (20 minutes):
Housing Boom in Billings from Doug A on Vimeo.
And finally, the follow-up video, December 2006:
Housing Boom in Billings, December 2006 from Doug A on Vimeo.
Note: The above videos are hosted on the Vimeo service, and it is very good quality for internet video. If your browser or computer are not able to handle it, you can try the Google Video version, but note that the quality is much lower.
Factual accuracy is very important to me, and I tried to make these video as true and correct as possible. Click here for the transcript of my 2008 video with over 100 references to sources I used. Please let me know if you find any inaccuracies.
